Course Description

Everything fails! It just depends how long it lasts and what can be done to fix it once it fails. In this presentation Ian will discuss the causes of failure and how to examine, diagnose and treatment plan cases so that all the risks and benefits can be discussed ahead of time with the patient thus avoiding disappointment for both the dentist and the patient. He will also discuss why repairability may be more important than longevity and how to develop appropriate solutions for the individual based on clinical, economic and aesthetic requirements.
